Cake School

I have a cake school that I teach all elements of cake decorating and design. All varieties of cakes such as birthdays cakes, christening cakes, wedding cakes, novelty cakes, dessert tables, sweet treats can be ordered for your special occasion.

About Me

I grew up in London but the beautiful village of Ardfinnan Co. Tipperary became home shortly before my 10th birthday when we moved to Ireland and opened a shop. I started my baking journey there, supplying scones, cupcakes and apple tarts to the customers. That’s where it all began and now it has come full circle, my new cake studio is located on the premises that once was the shop.
Mum to Aaron, Jessica and Tadhg my greatest accomplishments! All grown up but still occasionally lick the spoon before it hits the sink.
I love gardening, currently wrestling with a concrete yard which will eventually be a green oasis!! It’s very much a work in progress, though I have found a way of combining my love of flowers and cakes and pretty cakes covered in sugar flowers is a quicker fix than the garden for now.
