Yes im registered with the HSE and operate in compliance with HACCP principles. I have
completed course in the principles and practises of food safety. I am also fully insured to
supply cakes and teach classes and workshops.

As soon as possible really. I take orders on a first come first served basis and have limited
availability. For wedding cakes its not unusual to have booking in diary up to two years in
advance. For celebration cakes 2/3 week’s notice although I can only take a limited number
of orders each week so best to get booked in as soon as you can. All bookings are only
secure on payment of a deposit.

I can but my kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts ect. so I can not guarantee traces of these
will not be found in my cakes.

I can take inspiration from other designs but will not offer an exact copy. Id much prefer to offer you an unique design induvial to you.

Decorated cakes should not be stored in the fridge. If the cake is not to be displayed straight away, it should be stored in the box it came in a cool room away from direct sunlight. (and out of the reach of children and pets…..i can tell you stories)

If you are collecting your cake you are responsible for transporting the cake safely. It should be placed in the footwell or flat in the boot of car. It is not advisable to hold the cake on someone’s lap or on the car seat.

Delivery is advisable on all wedding cakes or celebration cakes of 3 tiers or more. Cost is calculated on distance to venue/time involved in set up requirements.

Most venues have stands for use but if you’d like to hire one of my stands I do offer rental, a small rental fee and a security deposit which will be returned on the safe return of the stand to my premises (3 days)

I can cater for children from the age of 5 up.

Yes I hold individual classes and camps throughout the year please follow me on Instagram/Facebook to keep updated of upcoming events.
