I pride myself in working with each couple to design the perfect cake to fit their style and taste, a cake unique to them and their special day. The wedding cake is an edible work of art, it should be a reflection of your unique style, taste and personalities.

All my cakes are handcrafted with great care and attention, creating cakes with intricate details, specializing in the bespoke art of sugar flowers ensuring the cake will be a stunning feature on your special day.

Madagascan vanilla sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and choice of strawberry or raspberry conserve.

Zesty Lemon

Refreshing lemon sponge infused with lemon drizzle and filled with lemon curd and buttercream.

Chocolate fudge

A very chocolatey moist fudge cake filled with layers of chocolate buttercream.

Irish Cream

Chocolate sponge infused with Irish cream liqueur and layered with Irish cream infused buttercream

Chocolate sponge infused with expresso and layered with a coffee buttercream

As all cakes are custom made and individually designed to your requirements I do not have a standard price list, with so many variables such as size, flavours, decorations the details required will determine the final price of your cake.
However, as a guide:

Process

It’s never to early to “save the date” for your wedding cake! If you’re considering ordering your wedding cake, please fill in the contact form giving as much detail as possible and I’ll be in contact to advise of availability.

1. Consultations

The most enjoyable process in planning a wedding has to be cake tasting!

I offer consultations/tastings from my studio or if you would prefer samples can be sent by post for you to try at home. There is a small charge of €35 per couple but if you decide to book and pay deposit this is offset against your final balance.

Consultation tastings are only held 3 – 4 times a year. Dates will be advertised on social media and are ran on first come, first served basis.  You can book in for this free of charge if you have paid your booking deposit. Due to demand I will not be able to do private wedding tastings outside these dates. 

Getting the most from your consultation

Before the date of your consultation think about flavours, choose what you’d like its your cake after all! Take some time to consider the style you like, think about the venue, colours, theme, take inspiration from other elements dress, material, invites, interests, pictures on Pinterest ect. Bring examples of elements you’d like to be included in design, fabric swathes for colour or lace details for example.

2. Deposit and Payments

To book your date a non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before your wedding date.

3. Delivery and Set up

Once you’ve made your booking you won’t have to worry about anything cake related! I will liaise with your wedding planner or venue to arrange delivery and set up on your special day. I personally undertake all deliveries to insure each set up runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
